You translate data into business insights to support decision-making for investment and operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prototype Power BI dashboards in collaboration with investment and operations teams.
• Act as the liaison between business needs and technical implementation.
• Specify business requirements to ensure data pipelines feeding Power BI are sound.
• Improve dashboard usability, UX, data quality, and relevance.
• Contribute ideas and process improvements to shape the analytics platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking IT.
• Experience in Alternative Investments, ideally private assets.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate, and build trust across teams.
• Intuition for business needs and user-centric design.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Swiss Residency required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience shaping analytics platforms beyond standard dashboarding.
