Description

Lead business analysis for system integration and data migration projects in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document functional and technical requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
• Analyze data structures and execute SQL queries to support migration and integration initiatives.
• Design reporting dashboards and analytics views using Tableau or Power BI.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Manage requirements lifecycles and coordinate with offshore development teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with system integration and data migration projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, database concepts, and data analysis.
• Experience with requirements management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of API technologies, web services, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• CBAP or CCBA certification (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• PMI-PBA certification.
• IA Business Analyst Certification.
