Description

You will support the technical team in gathering and documenting system requirements for an enterprise IT user authorization management solution. Translate business needs into detailed functional, non-functional, integration, and technical specifications. Perform system analysis on software programs, applications, web services, and APIs. Assist in testing and troubleshooting new features, including documenting defects and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Analyze the functional and technical impact of changes to recommend product improvements. Execute user acceptance testing to ensure technical implementation aligns with system requirements. Prepare mock-ups to provide visual aids during the requirements gathering process.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst on technology-focused projects.
• Hands-on experience with database tools, structures, and SQL queries for data analysis.
• Proficiency with API testing and validation tools such as Postman or SOAP-UI.
• Working knowledge of LDAP structure.
• Experience working with XML, XSD, and JSON.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues through log analysis and exception understanding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
