Description

You will bridge the gap between Development and Operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of UBOS.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements, including tolling and non-tolling, into technical specifications.
• Lead technical teams through business process re-engineering, development, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Manage account lifecycle processes, including account opening, maintenance, and closing via all channels.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business or System Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in Account Management and tolling/non-tolling technical areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Figma for visualization.
