You will function as a Technical Business Analyst, bridging business needs with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Document and map complex process flows using tools like LucidChart or Visio.
• Analyze and define requirements for conversational dialog interfaces, leveraging knowledge of API structures.
• Integrate systems by using API integration tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Collaborate across matrixed teams to drive technical solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in a Technical Business Analyst role within the software industry.
• Proficiency with process flow software (LucidChart, Visio).
• Working knowledge of API interfaces supporting conversational dialog.
• Experience utilizing API integration tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Ability to work independently while tracking industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Business or Information Architect.
• Track record implementing conversational AI solutions in large-scale enterprise settings.
