Description

You will align IT systems with business operations by analyzing and developing reporting solutions. You own the end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation process for legacy SAS routines and data warehouse components.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder meetings to discover, analyze, and inventory legacy reports and SAS routines.
• Collect and document detailed requirements for business and technical resources within an SDLC environment.
• Evaluate technical solutions and provide recommendations based on sound reasoning.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and work estimates for complex application security requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse, Database Administration, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data model compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering, customer engagement, and project management.
• 5+ years of experience with data warehousing design and development.
• 5+ years of experience with SAS programming.
• 5+ years of experience developing detailed technical documentation and conveying solutions to technical SMEs.
• 4+ years of experience with data warehouse architecture, data integration, data quality, and ETL tools.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• 4+ years of experience managing highly complex application security requirements.
• Proficiency in SAS, data integration, data quality, SQL, TSQL, PL/SQL, and BTEQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle (18+) data warehousing development and database programming.
• Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).
