You will bridge the gap between business departments and IT teams to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Engineering.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, including process flows, system designs, and use cases.
• Liaise between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Assess technical solution feasibility with development teams to ensure alignment with business needs and industry regulations.
• Perform data analysis on billing and asset management systems to identify optimization opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with PowerBI and MS Excel for data visualization and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Familiarity with IT systems architecture, including ERP, CRM, and legacy web systems.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
• Ability to document process modeling, use cases, and gap analyses.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with utility-specific software including GIS, SCADA, and AMI systems.
• Background in the utility sector (electricity, gas, water) or highly regulated industries.
