Description

You will drive the development of a new order workspace product for wholesale customers, managing order creation, maintenance, and mass returns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end processes to define technical backend requirements for APIs, microservices, and cloud systems.
• Write user stories and create epics within Jira to document functional requirements.
• Map processes including data flows, workflows, and cross-functional team interactions to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales, customer service, and operations to gather order management requirements.
• Test new processes and systems using Postman, Splunk, AWS, and SAP HANA to ensure requirement alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis or a related role.
• Experience defining requirements for APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency using Jira for epic and user story management.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for system validation.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Technical familiarity with SAP HANA.
• Ability to document complex data flows and process mappings.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, IT, Business Administration (MIS), or equivalent experience.
