Description

You will own technical analysis and application support for Shopify-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the Shopify environment with developers and stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for issue resolutions and enhancement requests.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems and drive lasting solutions with the development team.
• Prioritize incoming issues based on business impact and urgency, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Application Support Engineer.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages for analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed technical and process documentation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests under deadlines.
• Experience supporting e-commerce platforms like Shopify is advantageous.
