You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by documenting requirements and optimizing processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews to create BRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and document process models.
• Design and evaluate technical solutions by assessing feasibility, cost, and benefits against business objectives.
• Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and mitigate project risks.
• Analyze business data to develop visualizations and reports that inform decision-making.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Policy Administration Systems.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking.
• Expertise in MS Visio for process modeling.
• Proficiency in Balsamiq for wireframing and prototyping.
• Advanced use of MS Office for data analysis and documentation.
• Ability to develop business cases and evaluate solution feasibility.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
