Description

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for enterprise ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation workshops to define business, functional, and data element requirements.
• Design wireframes and prototypes for technically feasible solutions following product standards.
• Write technical user stories and manage project schedules, statements of work, and change requests.
• Coordinate product sprint planning, documentation, and quality analysis for new features.
• Troubleshoot software implementation issues and provide functional guidance or workarounds.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 1-2 years of prior experience as a Java software developer.
• Background in enterprise software products, specifically ERP.
• Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA or similar product management tools.
• Understanding of System APIs and basic database concepts.
• Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Proto.io, or Sketch.
