Description

You will configure and enhance the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS) through hands-on technical implementation. You own the configuration lifecycle, from initial setup to validation and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Configure FAST PAS using FAST Composer for product setup, rules engine logic, and workflow design.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to translate technical requirements into system configurations.
  • Conduct system testing to validate configurations, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Lead design and configuration reviews to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience configuring and managing the FAST platform, specifically using FAST Composer.
  • Proficiency in FAST system implementation, including XSLT mapping, rules engine, and workflow configuration.
  • Strong proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design principles.
  • Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL and PostgreSQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including variables, data types, and control flow.
  • Experience with TortoiseSVN for version control and repository management.
  • Knowledge of Life and Annuity implementation and the insurance ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
