Description

You own the analysis, documentation, and translation of business needs into actionable technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed business requirements, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements, including User Stories, Functional Design Documents, and Technical Use Cases.
• Construct workflow charts, data flow diagrams, and business process maps.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for enterprise software, user guides, and system manuals.
• Partner with Project Managers, Architects, and developers to ensure requirements are communicated and accepted.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in requirements management and creating formal documentation (BRD, FDD, TDD, RTM).
• Proficiency in creating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows for business processes and data flow.
• 7+ years of experience creating and managing test cases for Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of SQL and software/database development concepts.
• Strong experience in mapping business processes into technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
