Description

You will serve as the liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors for large enterprise systems integration projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, and documentation of current and future state systems and technology integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee integration management activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage requirements traceability, version control, and change management throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 2 years of Lead BA experience on large-scale projects.
• 4+ years analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for system integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Planner.
• Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid IT environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating across departments, agencies, and third-party vendors.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills with technical specifications.
