You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and lead solution delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and translate technical concepts for all audiences.
• Lead discussions with developers and architects to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities.
• Analyze raw data to extract insights and drive decision-making on solution paths (build, buy, or modernize).
• Manage teams and mentor junior BAs to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• 10 years developing technical designs for large-scale application projects with architects.
• Expertise in reviewing technical designs for accuracy and conformance to quality standards.
• Strong experience in responsive design application development and human-centric design.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools for creating flowcharts and data models.
• Strong experience working in Agile or Hybrid environments (Scrum, Kanban), creating user stories.
• Solid understanding of enterprise system integration, including APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
