You will bridge business requirements and technical infrastructure solutions, aggregating data and creating reports for diverse audiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven content by aggregating information from Active Directory, Workday, Microsoft Intune, and Excel.
• Create reports and visualizations using PowerPoint and Power BI for stakeholders.
• Apply business analysis techniques including user stories, use cases, wireframes, UML, and BPMN.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and present findings to stakeholders.
• Operate within Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban using Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a technical environment.
• Technical domain knowledge in infrastructure, end-user compute, desktop, VDI, Exchange, telephony, or Device as a Service (DaaS).
• Proficiency with UML and BPMN.
• Experience using Jira for Agile workflows.
• Ability to build reports and visualizations in Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Previous or current experience in testing.
