Description

You will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to deliver Trade Finance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business requirements by working with front office, operations, risk, and product control users.
• Map inbound and outbound SWIFT messages to support integration with existing systems.
• Write clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment with SWIFT standards.
• Support the full project lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical business analysis role.
• Proven experience with SWIFT messaging standards.
• Deep understanding of Trade Finance processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and mapping.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable technical solutions for developers and architects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to elicit requirements and manage expectations across diverse teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of T24 banking systems.
• Technical background or hands-on technical experience.
