You will bridge the gap between business users and technical teams to deliver Trade Finance solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business requirements by collaborating with front office, operations, risk, and product control stakeholders.
• Map inbound and outbound SWIFT messages to support system integration and ensure alignment with SWIFT standards.
• Write clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Elicit requirements and manage expectations across diverse teams using strong stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical business analysis role.
• Proven experience with SWIFT messaging standards.
• Deep understanding of Trade Finance processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and mapping.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable technical solutions for developers and architects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
