Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical system specifications for custom development and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements to technical specifications for custom development and system integration.
• Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal direction, ensuring successful completion of all assigned work.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and lead brainstorming sessions to build consensus among executive sponsors.
• Design and maintain process flow analysis, product architecture, and data models.
• Collaborate directly with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Process Flow Analysis.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions and RDBMS.
• Ability to work with Data Models and detailed functional designs.
• Basic competence in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or C#.
• Experience producing requirements definitions, configuration workbooks, and executive summaries.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background or relevant degree program.
