Description

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for analytics-driven solutions. You will own the end-to-end process from requirement gathering to user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and lead the design process to build out technical solutions.
  • Execute requirement gathering and analysis using JIRA or Rally.
  • Write SQL queries to analyze data and make informed inferences.
  • Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase in collaboration with end users.
  • Facilitate senior stakeholder management meetings and business communications.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical development, analytics, and business analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and inference.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum project frameworks.
  • Practical use of JIRA or Rally for requirement management.
  • Ability to manage client and vendor relationships from inception to execution.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams.
