Key Responsibilities:
✔ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from downstream systems and translate them into detailed technical specifications
✔ Serve as the SME for Commercial Lending processes including:
• Deal & Facility Setup
• Drawdowns / Outstandings
• Payments, Fees & Pricing
• Customer/Borrower Profiles
• Syndication
✔ Perform source-to-target data mapping using Loan IQ data models
✔ Design extraction rules for reporting, integration, and data warehousing initiatives
✔ Write and execute complex SQL queries across Oracle, Databricks, and Snowflake environments
✔ Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on event-driven integrations and downstream system connectivity
✔ Develop functional and technical test cases, support SIT/UAT, and validate business outcomes
✔ Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and data dictionaries
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in Banking or Financial Services
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ
✅ Strong understanding of Loan IQ relational database and table relationships
✅ Strong SQL and relational database expertise
✅ Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
✅ Deep knowledge of Commercial Lending, Syndicated Loans, Agency Functions, and Bilateral Loans
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
