You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for Commercial Lending systems and manage data integration across modern platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from downstream systems, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Lending processes, including deal setup, drawdowns, payments, fees, and syndication.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping using Loan IQ data models and design extraction rules for reporting and data warehousing.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries across Oracle, Databricks, and Snowflake environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on event-driven integrations and develop functional and technical test cases for SIT/UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.
• Strong understanding of Loan IQ relational database structures and table relationships.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with modern data platforms, specifically Databricks and Snowflake.
• Deep knowledge of Commercial Lending, Syndicated Loans, Agency Functions, and Bilateral Loans.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation, process flows, and data dictionaries.
