You bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver broker-dealer projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements by collaborating with traders, compliance officers, and operations teams.
• Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solution designs.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication regarding milestones and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar technical role.
• Deep understanding of broker-dealer business processes and regulations, including FINRA and SEC.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex data and solving technical problems.
• Proven ability to design solutions that meet specific broker-dealer business unit needs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP certification.
• Series 7 certification.
