Responsibilities

• Define and manage technical requirements for IT systems.
• Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support daily IT business operations with technical analysis.
• Collaborate within an agile scrum framework.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with UAT testing.
• Proficiency using Jira.
• Working knowledge of agile scrum methodologies.
• Experience with IT business operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
