Description

You serve as the key liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors for large enterprise systems integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, and documentation of current and future state systems and technology integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Manage requirements traceability, version control, and change management throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), with at least 2 years in a Lead BA capacity.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for system integrations.
• Strong understanding of modern IT systems, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Automate.
• Experience collaborating across departments, agencies, and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid IT environments.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills, including proficiency with Visio and Jira.
• Superior presentation and negotiation skills.
