You bridge business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to drive enterprise system integration projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and documentation of current and future state systems and technology integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions.
• Manage requirements traceability, version control, and change management throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Lead BA capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Automate.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for system integrations.
• Strong understanding of modern IT systems, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid IT environments.
• Proficiency with Visio and Jira for documentation and project management.
• Experience collaborating across departments, agencies, and third-party vendors.
