You will own requirements and technical solutions for complex financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business groups to define and refine requirements.
• Analyze complex business problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks within medium to large-scale development projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal business users across international teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in global organizations.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, including SQL and relational databases.
• Established knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT Project Management, Waterfall/Agile, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience in trade lifecycles and asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Options, Futures).
• Understanding of Compliance surveillance platforms (Actimize, MANTAS, SunGard, SMARTS) and models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
