Description

You will manage data and process workflows to support fulfillment orders across e-commerce and omni-channel networks. You own the monitoring and triaging of major system issues, including escalation and resolution to maintain operations. You develop data tables for daily store fulfillment and create forecasts with Finance. You collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to align projects with supply chain objectives. You identify and implement improvements in work methods to increase throughput and quality. You act as the Subject Matter Expert on reporting capabilities and performance monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support fulfillment order execution across e-commerce and omni-channel networks.
• Develop data tables to support daily store fulfillment operations and create forecasts in conjunction with Finance.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to align projects with supply chain business objectives.
• Identify and implement improvements in work methods and procedures to increase throughput and quality.
• Own the monitoring and triaging of major system issues, including escalation and resolution to maintain operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with at least 2 years of experience in advanced development.
• Proficiency with BI reporting tools, specifically Tableau.
• Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of MPP and distributed database systems.
• Experience with order management, distribution, and transportation processes.
• Strong project management and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of fulfillment/e-commerce domains and supply chain metrics.
• Proven experience in business process management and process improvement.
