Description

Conduct technical and functional analysis of institutional platforms to document current and target states and drive improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and technical specifications by coordinating with development, architecture, QA, and subject matter expert teams.
• Maintain design documentation including functional specifications, process flows, technical architecture, sequence diagrams, data flows, and integration details.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on production support insights and incident analysis.
• Collaborate with users to define business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead agile project activities, write user stories, and organize teams to deliver business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical and functional analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Jira, HP QC, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of N-tier architecture, APIs/web services, SQL queries, and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with production support, incident analysis, and identifying improvement areas.
• Familiarity with wealth management, virtual assistants, and large language model implementations.
• Ability to use AI tools for data analysis and leverage AI fundamentals for productivity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-driven data analysis techniques.
