You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for a Conversational AI platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document API, data interface, and technical requirements to support conversational dialog.
• Collaborate with Conversation Designers to map flows including technical logic, API calls, and KPIs.
• Participate in feature refinement sessions to articulate needs, identify gaps, and propose adjustments.
• Verify that conversation flows remain within technical feasibility and system constraints.
• Work with Technical Leads to ensure successful chatbot integrations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in a Technical Business Analyst role within the software industry.
• Experience designing and implementing conversational AI solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with API interfaces and integration tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Experience with process flow software like LucidChart or Visio.
• Experience working within Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology.
• Background as a Business or Information Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
