You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and ensuring alignment through hands-on technical understanding. You will operate within Agile environments to deliver clear, actionable specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and engineering to resolve ambiguities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery processes.
• Validate solutions against original requirements to ensure business value delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Java (Spring / J2EE preferred) to understand technical constraints.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and requirement gathering techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring framework and J2EE architectures.
• Ability to review code or technical designs for feasibility.
