Description

You will bridge technical configuration and business analysis to implement and enhance the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS) for insurance clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate insurance business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure the FAST platform to support Life and Annuity product implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with insurance operations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business users.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and FAST platform configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Life and Annuity products and insurance operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL for data querying.
• Working knowledge of C# and JavaScript.
• Experience using TortoiseSVN for version control and source code management.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Any Graduate degree.
