Description

You will support and enhance the Ellucian Colleague ERP system, focusing on housing and admissions modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects for Ellucian Colleague implementation and optimization, including cloud transition.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into ERP solutions.
• Configure Colleague ERP modules to match university processes with minimal coding.
• Develop and document business process flows to boost operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system utilization.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Ellucian Colleague ERP, including leading cloud-based implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
