Ideal Candidate Profile

12+ years as a Technical BA/System BA in financial services.

Fluent bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).

8+ years’ experience in Risk Technology, Exposure Management, or Counterparty Credit Risk platforms.

8+ years of experience in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) , PFE / EPE calculations , Collateral and margin management ,Credit limits and utilization monitoring

8+ years’ experience in financial products such as OTC derivatives, ETD, SFT

Strong mix of: Business analysis, Risk domain expertise, Production support, SQL and data analysis, Stakeholder management, JIRA, Confluence, Agile / SDLC methodologies
