You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Document technical specifications for large-scale projects and operational requests.
• Coordinate with development teams to define project scope and delivery timelines.
• Analyze business models to support client onboarding, CRM, and workflow systems.
• Manage multiple tasks and project phases across the full Systems Development Life Cycle.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience in Financial Services, specifically Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Knowledge of workflow systems like Pegasystems and KYC documentation processes.
• Proven ability to document requirements and create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working on large-scale projects and managing complex business workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interviewing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical or programming background to facilitate development team coordination.
• Exposure to project management software and formal project planning.
