You will act as a technical bridge within the travel domain to drive solution design and requirement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for travel industry solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and future state processes.
• Design solutions specifically tailored to travel industry workflows and technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate findings and project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of direct experience within the travel domain.
• Deep understanding of airline reservation systems, hotel management systems, and travel booking platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing User Stories and Use Cases.
• Expertise in Business Process Modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification.
