Description

You will translate business needs into scalable software solutions for clean energy programs, acting as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate user requirement workshops and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage user stories and development sprints using Agile methodology.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test plans, scripts, and logging defects.
• Prepare system and process documentation, including customer journey maps and workflows.
• Ensure software solutions align with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, managing, analyzing, testing, or improving software systems.
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint organization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or JIRA for ticketing and project tracking.
• Experience with Salesforce for reporting and business analysis.
• UAT planning, scripting, and defect tracking experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Background in clean energy or regulatory compliance domains.
