Description

You translate high-level business requirements into detailed, testable functional specifications and serve as the liaison between the business unit and the delivery team throughout the development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define product scope, prioritize deliverables, and negotiate project strategies.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend alternative solutions for surveillance controls within an Agile squad.
• Act as the subject matter expert for system and data questions, bridging gaps between IT and business groups.
• Write Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) cases to streamline QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Perform end-to-end business requirements definition, structured analysis, and use case documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Data Analysis is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in software development projects with a focus on business requirements management.
• Experience in testing or tuning Natural Language Models, particularly in the ECOMMS domain.
• Ability to perform process design and create detailed use case documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java, Scala, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
