Description

You will drive application modernization projects as a technical systems analyst, bridging business requirements and technical implementation in an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis for modernization initiatives involving AWS and Java/Fullstack environments.
• Analyze complex legacy systems to support modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements align with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications within Agile workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical business analysis or systems analysis.
• Direct experience with Life Insurance or Annuities products.
• Technical proficiency with AWS environments.
• Understanding of Java and Fullstack application architectures.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity in Newark, NJ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically with large-scale application modernization projects.
