You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications for data and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries to support data extraction and validation.
• Design and deliver BI reports, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reconciliation across systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and lead data mapping initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically within Investment Management or Capital Markets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with BI reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
• Proven track record in data mapping, data validation, and data quality management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
