You will drive complex enterprise requirements by translating business needs into technical specifications and managing the full SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map as-is to to-be process flows for enterprise projects.
• Design and configure integrations, assessments, workflows, and routing rules within OneTrust.
• Maintain Jira and manage requirements through the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, prioritize, and articulate project impacts, scope, risks, and issues.
• Communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in analysis, testing, and implementation.
• 5+ years of requirement analysis and process mapping experience.
• Expertise in OneTrust (SaaS platform), including configuration of assessments and workflows.
• Strong SQL querying ability and proficiency in Excel, including macro writing.
• Proficiency in writing code (Javascript, Python) and business analysis.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with system implementation and technology integration.
• Experience with Apache or equivalent integration frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel macros for data processing.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
