You will translate business goals into technical execution for assigned product areas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business goals into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Investigate user issues through root cause analysis, validate data, and document findings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during refinement, sprint activities, and release planning.
• Own product areas by prioritizing the backlog and anticipating dependencies with minimal oversight.
• Communicate with users and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and system analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience defining workflows, data flows, integrations, and edge cases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working independently in an Agile environment.
• Strong documentation skills for structured, actionable findings.
