Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Cloud Order Management, supporting Customer Service and Field Service teams through technical solution design and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Gather system requirements, configure modules, and manage system break-fixes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Manage the software development life cycle and lead formal computer system validation activities.
• Monitor solution integrations and prepare systems for scheduled updates.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and manage stakeholder engagement for resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS).
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Order Management, Enterprise Contracts, and Fusion Pricing.
• Proven ability to design and manage complex system integrations.
• Experience working with System Integrators on configuration and design solutions.
• Ability to document and communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing data quality and integrity within enterprise applications.
• Strong capability in issue triaging and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Digital Experience (Communities).
