Description

You will bridge business needs and technical execution, owning requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Support the design and delivery of end-to-end system workflows, including integrations and APIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX/UI teams to ensure actionable requirements.
• Maintain backlog, acceptance criteria, and sprint readiness in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience working with APIs, system integrations, and workflow design.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive conversations forward independently.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex, multi-system environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or Azure DevOps environments and data platforms like Snowflake.
• Exposure to digital platforms, mobile applications, or workforce experience tools.
• Prior experience transitioning into or supporting Product Owner responsibilities.
