Description

You will act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and the data warehouse development team in Philadelphia.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and ETL mapping documents.
• Write complex SQL queries across multiple tables to perform data analysis and profiling.
• Collaborate with data modelers to define table designs based on mapping requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Support testing phases and production releases, including potential weekend or off-hours support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and business process modeling.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex querying, data modeling, and database design.
• Proven experience in data warehousing and ETL application mapping.
• Proficiency with Visio, Power BI, Python, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation/report writing.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and diverse stakeholders.
• Must be local to Philadelphia, PA, and available for face-to-face interviews.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau.
