Description

You will bridge fraud domain expertise and technical implementation, focusing on the Fiserv Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platform. You own the translation of business needs into technical specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance and product alignment.

You gather and document business requirements, workflows, data mappings, and system configurations for fraud technology solutions. You create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira to guide design and development. You support the full product lifecycle, from analysis through testing and deployment, facilitating communication between business, technology, and risk teams. You participate in user acceptance testing to validate solutions against third-party risk challenges.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and technical specifications for Fiserv FCRM platform products.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira for fraud technology development.
• Analyze and design technology solutions addressing third-party risk challenges.
• Support product lifecycle activities including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate communication between business, technology, and risk teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Mandatory experience with Fiserv FCRM platform and Fraud domain.
• Advanced expertise in MS SQL and ETL processes.
• Extensive experience developing Power BI reports.
• Extensive experience developing PowerShell scripts.
• Experience with JSON and Python is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python scripting for data processing.
• Deep knowledge of JSON data structures and parsing.
