You will bridge business needs and technical implementation by analyzing requirements and ensuring solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Create user stories, process flows, and business requirements documentation.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with IT and development teams to validate solution implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and hands-on experience with Postman.
• Understanding of Java and microservices architecture.
• Experience in QA, including defect analysis and log checking.
• Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Tableau or Qlik.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
