You will bridge business requirements with technical execution for large-scale projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver common flows, architecture diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Document requirements, user stories, FRDs, BRDs, SRDs, and test cases.
• Align project scope with business, technical, schedule, and financial objectives.
• Lead team members to establish processes and ensure successful project completion.
• Make data-driven recommendations to modify programs for maximum effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of business analyst experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with FRD, BRD, SRD, or test case documentation.
• Proficiency in creating functional specification documents, APIs, and build-out sequence diagrams.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management life cycles.
• Experience working within Agile and SCRUM frameworks.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in the manufacturing domain or working with automotive clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to assess conflicting viewpoints and articulate rational alternatives to management.
