Description

Bridging business requirements and technical implementation within an agile software engineering environment.

You will own the release pipeline and facilitate daily SCRUM ceremonies for one to two teams, acting as a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Model and map as-is and to-be business processes.
• Articulate system-level impacts and produce technical specifications for developers.
• Document process flows, system context diagrams, and maintain wiki documentation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for software development teams.
• SAFe Agile training certification.
• Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in modeling business processes and system interactions.
• Technical and functional DevOps expertise.
• Strong ability to interface with all levels of business and IT stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in writing and documenting complex system specifications.
