Description

You will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and software engineering delivery within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Model and map business processes using as-is and to-be methodologies.
• Facilitate daily SCRUM ceremonies for one to two software development teams.
• Interface between all levels of business and IT to foster collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or technical roles.
• At least 2 years of experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Lean and traditional Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Functional and technical expertise in DevOps environments.
• Proven ability to facilitate, plan, and organize complex technical workflows.
